Every year, 160.000 moulds and parts manufactured at NOVAMOULES are used by glass makers on SS, PS and NNPB machines during the forming process of bottles and jars for the food and beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. With still more roboted machines, NOVAMOULES has the resources for manufacturing large batches of parts in high pace, 7/7, 24/24. Moreover, as 3D manufacturing expert, we can shape moulds as different and complex as market requirements are. Each year, 60.000 neck rings and 80.000 guide rings are fully made in our facilities, from preparing to finishing. Novamoules is able to provide you with subcontracting solutions in metal coating and complex manufacturing… In 2009, more than 30000 neck rings transited through our workshop for coating and 3D machining. Since 1996, RENOVMOULES is totally dedicated to mould and part repairing. High skilled and experimented technicians, with years of glass background, give your moulds and parts several lives. NOVAMOULES was established in 1980 by 5 young skilled technicians, among whom Loreto RICCI, the current Chairman and Managing Director. At that time, it was a small company, with a single customer, VMC GIVORS but the team spirit was already focused on innovation: 1987 – 1st CNC roboted plant 1999 – 1st PTA plant 2009 – 1st roboted PTA plant Thanks to technical innovation and service enhancement, NOVAMOULES has been steadily growing and strenghtening its position on the market. The company now consists of 2 connected facilities that cover a total area of 2000 sq/metres and employs 41 people. It supplies moulds and parts to over 100 customers on the glass container market worldwide.
