Skilled in maintenance and repair, manufacturing operations, Total Productive Maintenance, and Lean Manufacturing practices. Focused on improving machine performance, reducing online breakdowns, and increasing efficiency of IS and AIS machines.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for IS and AIS machine mechanisms and variables
Analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective actions to minimize recurrence
Reducing T1 time during job change and supporting the Forming Department to reduce T2 time
Organizing job change preparation meetings and ensuring all equipment and variables are ready as per job card
Checking machine equipment condition before installation to ensure proper functioning
Coordinating with the IS Forming Department to resolve machine related issues
Indenting and managing spare parts for IS & AIS machines
Preparing job cards and arranging required gauges as per specifications
Conducting breakdown analysis and providing feedback to the Production Department
Strong operations professional with a focus on process improvement, new idea development, and continuous performance enhancement of IS and AIS machines.
