• Laboratory Inspection and test plan for Glass Container at high level implementation with E2E
Process control.

• Managing the Customer Complaints through 7 QC Tools, PDCA, DMAIC and 8D
Presentations.
• Knowledge in HIRA, Accidents & Incident investigation‐ CA/PA to eliminate/reduce the
risk level in operation.
