Independent Glass Furnace Engineering & Construction Consultant with 15 years of hands-on experience in furnace design, thermal calculations, refractory selection, combustion system design, regenerator optimization, greenfield projects, furnace conversion, hot repair, electric boosting installation & troubleshooting, commissioning, heat-up management, and process optimization.
Key experience includes successful delivery of greenfield end-fired regenerative furnace construction projects for tableware and container glass production, cross-fired to end-fired furnace conversion for sheet glass production, and critical hot repair interventions including regenerator crown and partition wall rebuilds, checker and chimney block replacement, and drilling of tank side wall blocks for side boosting and tank bottom blocks for barrier boosting electrode installation — all executed on live furnaces in operation.
Experienced in managing international OEM and supplier engagements across Europe and China.
Available for full-time positions, project-based assignments, and remote consulting globally. Open to relocation worldwide.
