MOVIX is a powerful electric motor for manual polishing running at 900W, 230V, until 25.000 RPM.
Whether you want to polish smaller or bigger molds, open or closed, with engravings or not, mould rings or to freeing clogged vent holes, Movix is the essential equipment for your mouldshop and will give you the following benefits:
 
• COST ADVANTAGE – the heart of Movix is an electric motor and therefore much cheaper to operate in comparison with conventional pneumatic tools, as no compressed air is required.
• QUALITY ADVANTAGE – the electric speed controller will give you two options: a manual control or speed limiter. Either way, Movix can achieve speeds up to 25.000 RPM. This is probably around double of what a pneumatic tool can do. Indeed, the higher the rotary speed of the tool, the better the polishing result on the moulds.
• ERGONOMIC ADVANTAGE – the Movix tool-holders and flexibles are very light in weight and therefore very easy to handle by the mouldshop workers, especially on long polishing jobs and difficult jobs.
