What is the glass furnace/kiln orifice ring and how many different material of orifice ring we have?

Orifice ring is widely used in glass furnace/kiln as the feeder when the glass is melt forming. Orifice ring takes the most important role in control of the molten glass flow speed.
It has good thermal stability,resistance to glass liquid erosion,low pollution to glass liquid, which is a common refractory material for IS Machine in all over the world. There are single drop, double drop, three drop, four drop, six drop and we also can make them as customers' own drawings.
Orifice ring can pass the glass liquid in the glass liquid pool of the furnace to the glass processing equipment, such as glass blowing machines. It is necessary to choose different raw material orifice ring according to the glass furnace temperature and the character of the glass liquid material.
We have four different types orifice ring according to the different raw material, they are sillimanite, Zirconium33, Quartz and Corundum mullite. How can make the Sillimanite orifice ring?

The raw material has Sillimanite 0.5-3mm 30-40%, 0.088-0.5mm 20-30%,<0.088mm 20-30%, clay 8-12%, sulfite pulp waste liquid 3%, all the material mixed in a mixer. According to the mud ratio, add particle materials for dry mixing for 1 minute, add binder for mixing for 3 minutes, and then add fine powder for mixing for 4-6 minutes. The mud moisture is controlled in 3-3.5%. The embryo is formed under 14.7MPA, and dry for 3-4 days at 40-60 ℃, and fire at 1450 ℃.
