Adjusting foreherth temperature and timing of job for production improvement and quality improvement.
Ensure perfect operation of forming machinery and auxiliaries to achieve required output. Achievement of budgeted speeds, efficiency and quality levels. To supervise IS Machine and Forehearth set-up.
Responsible for the operation of all equipment related to glass forming and the identification, correction of all bottles defects.
Continuous communication with managers, engineering and all services departments.
Supervision of job changes and or assistance of Job changes.
Looking after sheppe stacker & sheppe transfer wheel for proper loading of bottles in to Lehar.
Monitors the alignment of bottles at machine conveyor cross conveyor and stacker.
Continuous communication with shift managers, engineering and all services departments.
Supervision of job changes and or assistance of Job changes.
Constant development and training of all forming personnel in order to achieve maximum skill transfer.
Implementation and control on implemented SOP’s and disciplines.
To ensure safe working practices and safe working environment.
Assure smooth T/over and communication shift to shift.
Provides feedback to Cold End regarding current operations condition that affect the bottle quality.
Provide feedback to job change/Machine maintenance (JC/MM) and Mold repair and Maintenance (MRM) regarding machine condition and mold equipment condition. 
Performs job change activities or machine maintenance JC/MM personnel, and assists during job change.
To ensure records of forming set-ups are properly maintained.
