Production Shift manager

I am currently employed as a Production shift manager and have been manufacturing for the last 18 years, I started as a Resorter (Packer), then I.S machine operator, to present job as a Production shift manager. 
I am self-motivated worker who is results driven and always strives to achieve the very best,  I am well organised throughout my work and am now seeking a new challenge to keep me on my toes and keep my skills up to date as I have been studying different courses for the last nine years.
