With over 19 years of experience in Glass Container Product Development, Mold Design, Mold Manufacturing and Mold Maintenance, I bring a wealth of knowledge in optimizing glass manufacturing processes to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. My expertise spans the complete product lifecycle, from concept through to production, with a particular focus on weight reduction, performance optimization, and process efficiency. Proficient in industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks, I specialize in shaping versatile glass containers—round, non-round, and jars—using processes such as NNPB, PB, and BB. I have hands-on experience with high-speed machinery, including Emhart AIS, Bottero IS, Heye IS, and BDF IS, which enables me to deliver consistent, quality-driven results. My strengths lie in real-time problem-solving, process selection, tooling optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. I bridge gaps between marketing, supply chain, and production teams to meet customer needs with precision. I am committed to quality assurance, managing audits, CAPAs, and ISO standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and GMP compliance. I am also a proactive leader in innovation and efficiency, having driven manpower reduction initiatives, led machinery upgrades, and implemented impactful 5S and root cause analysis practices. As a member of the Food Safety Committee and with international training from SGS, Kuwait.
