IS maintenance Engineer

I have 5+ years of experience in container glass manufacturing, spanning both IS/AIS machine maintenance and mold design engineering. I handled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of IS machines, breakdown analysis, and job-change optimization (80% packing within 3 hours), while managing ware handling on HEYE, Bottero, and Pennekamp systems. I reduced plunger jamming downtime , introduced a shift audit checklist that prevented unplanned breakdowns. Currently, as Design Engineer at Majan Glass Company , I create mold and spare-part drawings in AutoCAD/SolidWorks through reverse engineering, and coordinate with suppliers on mold quality and inspection. I've led IS/AIS conversion projects (Blow-and-Blow to Narrow Neck Press-and-Blow) and C-Class maintenance activities including component replacement, alignment, and recommissioning.
