The three axis Servo Stacker RSS100 is definitely Revimac’s finest and Revimac has just released a recent update consisting in new gearbox and servo motors to suit a major update on software interface. This update is now granting a speed up to 22 cycle per minutes.
Servo Stacker RSS100 is based on a three axis scheme. The high rigidity main beam is mounted on a servomotor (brushless) that allow the push bar to perform vertical movement by tilting the beam (Axis Z). Robot-inspired design, brush-less motors, high-precision cycloid gearboxes. Two arm/forearm systems are connected by rigid rods on the main beam to creates an articulated quadrilateral linkage that perform orthogonal movement of the push bar (Axis X and Y).
The combined motion of the three axis together, operate a movement very close to human arm and forearm motion, and allows to operate approaching, pursuit, loading, and back cycle always maintaining a full control in each phase. Trough the user-friendly interface it will be intuitive for the personnel to customize curves and movement profiles to fit to any type of glass container.
The push bar on RSS100 Servo Stacker could be safely replaced and very quickly thanks to its dedicated “bar change” cycle which fold back the arms and rotate the main beam of 90° getting the bar in easy position for its maintenance. With the machine in this position, the space in front of the annealing lehr is completely free, allowing cleaning and maintenance operations not only for the stacker, but also for cross conveyor and annealing lehr.
STAND ALONE CONTROL SYSTEM
The control cabinet (to be placed inside the air-conditioned control room) contains the Motion Controller that is connected to an industrial PC which functions as an HMI (touch screen 15”)
Through these pages of the operator interface it is possible to define many pushing curves, which can then be retrieved or transferred via suitable screens recipe management.
The main characteristics of the operator interface are:
• Preview loading curve simulation
• Simplified management of the loading curve by setting 4 commands only (approach speed, pushing speed, start and end position)
FUNCTION OF SELF-LEARNING
With the new self-learning function, the stacker will automatically phase the loading curve by detecting the speed of the IS machine.
