The RSS950 5-axes servo-stackers is Revimac’s most delicate and precise annealing lehr loader. The stacker works as a robot with a hybrid geometry “Scara-Cartesian“ on X-Y-Z axes. The automation of the machine is given from a Motion Controller which interpolates the Axes in order to perform the right loading profile. The first 3 axis are used to control the loading curves of the push bar, then other 2 axis are used for the Servo-controlled "STEADY BAR".
Fully programmable stabilizer bar unit to handle unstable glassware and featuring two independent servo-motors for the accurate and repeatable positioning of the stabilizer bar both for the linear (forward-backward) and the vertical (up-down) adjustment. The control of these 2 additional axes will allow to perform the “GRAB MODE” function so it is possible to gently pick-up the containers, by the neck or by the body, from the cross-conveyor for direct loading on the annealing lehr belt. This function is recommended for highly unstable containers.
STAND ALONE CONTROL SYSTEM
The control cabinet (to be placed inside the air-conditioned control room) contains the Motion Controller that is connected to an industrial PC which functions as an HMI (touch screen 15”)
Through the pages of the operator interface it is possible to define many pushing curves, which can then be retrieved or transferred via suitable screens recipe management.
The main characteristics of the operator interface are:
• Preview loading curve simulation
• Simplified management of the loading curve by setting 4 commands only (approach speed, pushing speed, start and end position)
FUNCTION OF SELF-LEARNING
With the new self-learning function, the stacker will automatically phase the loading curve by detecting the speed of the IS machine.
Through ADSL and router with a Firewall to protect from any data contamination. Connection for telecare, programmes upgrade and stacker remote control.
