The UHS700 ware transfer is specifically designed to transfer small container on high speed production line from the main conveyor of the forming machine to the cross conveyor.
The distinctive feature of this device is the design of its retractile fingers which doesn't swing (as per HS700 MK2) but, thanks to a dedicated cam, operate a linear retraction. Furthermore the cam guide ensures a dampening effect that help stability at high speeds avoiding bounce or vibration.
Thanks to this special finger configuration and the specific transfer angle, UHS700 achieve an optimal transfer of the glass containers.
On the upper plate there are two interchangeable cam sectors, to allow the possibility to change the "instroke and outstroke" timing of the fingers. Drive sprocket is equipped with pneumatic torque limiter (with electric contact signal for emergency) to prevent damage in case of jamming due to accidental interference.
Quick change fingers are driven by an heavy duty 168 link double row 3/4" pitch continuous chain with extended pins. Automatic chain tension adjustment device is mounted on the idle sprocket.
Alloy steel base structure also integrates a support mechanism that allows easy positioning of transfer head with vertical and lateral adjustment for accurate ware handling.
All these features make the UHS700 the finest and most performing ware transfer unit from Revimac.
