Our ovens stand out for their high-efficiency heating system, designed to optimise energy consumption, and for the presence of three different layers of thermal insulation that ensure near to zero heat loss.
 
Heat transfer occurs by convection, thanks to a flow of hot air generated by an electric motor-driven turbine, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and homogeneous heating of the moulds.
 
The pantograph door (which in larger models can also be equipped with an automatic opening and closing system) is fitted with a thick layer of insulation so that, when closed, the chamber is completely insulated (which is not possible in guillotine-type ovens), helping to maintain a constant temperature inside the chamber with a great money saving.
 
The fully assembled structure allows for quick and easy maintenance, minimising machine downtime. The forced air circulation models with horizontal chambers are designed to operate at temperatures of 500°C or 700°C and can be equipped with a single or double external loading trolley, which can be customised to the customer's specific requirements, with manual or mechanised handling.
