GRT - Sandblasting Machine

The rotary table blasting units are designed for the treatment of the surface of moulds and pieces without any need for positioning or anchoring means.
Suitable for cycles with both ceramic abrasive and special abrasive in 18/10 stainless steel microspheres for high finishing cycles, the GRT is controlled by a plc and inverter motors.
The system consists of a chamber equipped with a rotary table on which the pieces to be treated are loaded: the cleaning of the pieces is carried out thanks to the combined effect of the grit projected by the turbines, and the movement of the rotation of the table.
A grit recovery system allows the elimination of metal residue, sand and others derived from the workpiece and guarantees the elimination of dust and exhausted abrasive.
The blasting chamber is made of monobloc steel sheet with reinforcement ribs in welded profiles.
The front double hinged loading door is fully protected with anti-abrasive rubber, manual opening with central closing handle and limit switch for security.
Adequate holes are provided on the table top for grit discharge. A series of scraping spatulas placed under the perforated plates allow the subsequent recovery of the grit.
