Vitronus Vitronus is our material for the container glass industry and provides very long lasting performance for applications including pusher fingers, glass transfer guides and takeout inserts. Vitronus is tougher than graphite / silicon resin composites, resists oxidation at high temperatures and has low thermal conductivity which prevents damage to the glass. FF800 FF800 is the leading non-asbestos roll covering material for use in float glass annealing lehrs. The material has been used since 1979 and is the most frequent roll covering material used. FF800 prevents damage to the glass, doesn't react with tin oxides and provides maintenance-free operation for many years.
